MyHelp helps families find, evaluate, engage and manage trusted household professionals including nannies, chefs and cooks, house help, house managers, drivers, gardeners, security personnel and pet carers.
Our service combines technology with human support. Customers can submit household requirements through MyHelp, while a Relationship Manager supports requirement discovery, matching, profile sharing, interviews, selection, onboarding and ongoing service coordination.
MyHelp is initially focused on serving households in Nairobi, Kenya, while the platform is operated by SATTVACARE Private Limited, incorporated in India.
Local understanding of international households, combined with proven staffing systems: structured sourcing pipelines and candidate databases, multi-layer background verification and reference protocols, and training curricula, payroll discipline and compliant contracting.
